How To Make Prawn Seasoning

Bring out all the ingredients.

Using measuring spoons, measure them into a small bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together till they are well combined.

Use immediately or store in an air-tight container for future use.

Storage

Put the seasoning in a spice container or any sealable airtight container. Write the name of the seasoning and dates on the container then store it in a cool dry place that is not exposed to direct sunlight.

The prawn seasoning can be stored for up to 6 months or even longer if the ingredients that were used in making it have a longer expiry date which in that case you should use the nearest expiry date. It's best to check the expiration date of each ingredient before use and if you will be storing it for a long period, use .

I recommend you make it in small batches that last no longer than 6 months.

How To Season Prawn

First, devein and clean the prawns then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put it in the fridge to marinate prawns for 30 minutes or longer.
